This NPC is located north east of the silversky temple, near the Weak Mummies. For every set of 15 Cadaver foot you bring him, which are dropped by the Weak Mummies, he will give you exp. Also, he will give you additionnal experience for every 40 kills you report to him. Those 2 quests are repeatable.
